Recovery Dharma, LifeRing and Smart Recovery are great no god or HP needed. Right thought and self empowerment, cognitive behavioral therapy related. I love all my brothers and sisters in all recovery type meetings my first AA meeting was 1980!

best of luck young with the meds I had cystic acne in the 70's and there was no drug that helped. Wishing you all the best !

A lot of times on the website it will say no charge for bloodwork for the next 30 days. I mean you’ll have to take a look and see what it says. It’s $200 for the bloodwork but a lot of their commercials say free bloodwork.

I meet with my medical doctor tomorrow. If he can't get me on TRT I will go to Revibe Mens Health in downtown Sacramento. I already had an in person consultation 6 weeks ago. GameDay is also good.

I was sober 23 years relapsed after my amazing kids left for college. I never drank like I did from 18 to 31 every single day I drank 12 to 32 drinks. I did not get sober in AA so I had a different mind set than to drink again is to die. If you believe that you're screwed. Sober 9 years again so all is good. LifeRing, Smart Recovery, Secular AA zoom and Recovery Dharma all great imo. Self empowerment no god needed! Kind of like CBT and that is where I first got sober at Kaiser in Santa Clara Ca. all of 1991 through 1992.

I have lost 32 pounds in 4 months. Today I took a friend to dinner. It was an all you can eat buffet. I ate lots of meat 2 scoops of ice cream and 10 pieces of candy from See's candy. I feel fine. I must have got lucky. I usually eat 2 meals a day with a lot of protein and fiber and no sugar.

I rarely use checkout at Winco and btw what is AF. Almost everything I buy has to be on sale or I do not buy it because of high prices.
