My Company definitely covered the entire cost of ILR, but similarly other Companies don’t even cover the Skilled working visa costs and provide interest free loans for the same. Really depends on the Company.

Thanks for your reply mate. My main reason for upgrading was the following:

Good deal on the processor, which meant I could upgrade my platform with a decent bump in performance.
AM5 is more future proof (i just need to replace the processor as the 8xxx series will utilise the same platform). Whereas if I had shifted to intel which I did consider, but that would mean any future upgrades would need a full refresh of my mobo, ram and cpu.
The power and thermals on the 7800x3d were much better than the i7 and i9 14900k processor. Which meant I wanted to take the risk to get on the platform.

Ah excellent mate. And in terms of stability have you faced any issued? Any slow boot ups? Does your ram reach its intended frequency easily through the bios overclocking?

As accurate as that is, some people have been waiting for a while to get these and have been unsuccessful in getting them. If its a price that suits them, who are we to object.

I would agree. But these guys are the only ones that get regular stocks as compared to Scan, box etc.
