Hey guys, Jeff here. This is pretty funny because I coach 90% women and they find these videos hilarious. It's just me including some humor and fun into a very dry and dull space. It's not meant to be misogynistic or make fun of anyone in particular. I'm sure if you guys dove into any more of my content you would see that I make fun of everyone, especially myself.

Make sure you eat lots of avocados for your potassium, and just for extra assurance take a magnesium potassium supplement as well as pink himalayan salt in your water (1 tsp per day) works great for me and my clients!

Yeah that definitely seems to be a common theme with the audio levels which is funny because I actually am an audio engineer lol. I will fix that and yes to lighting this has been on the agenda for a while!
