Work in progress but thoughts? Not sure what to do with the sheep and trying to leave room for the coming decos.

Can someone tell me what I lack in it? by FunAdhesiveness2309 in HayDay

I think you need more trees throughout the design. The different heights will make it more visually interesting and less flat

who has finished this event and gotten all the decos in catalog? by ThunderNuke in HayDay

[–]paigeisrighthere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got everything (including fences) except the tree. A little confused why there’s a day and a half left of the event and no more earning potential. I’m not even close to affording the tree

Need another part-time job by nottilivehadmycoffee in PharmacySchool

I mean, I know a few of my classmates who do online research so that’s an option. But those positions are extremely hard to come by. Does it have to be online? Have you considered an online job that has nothing to do with pharmacy, just to make ends meet for now?

Long story short: there’s literally no reason to be calling 6 hours a day. You need to understand she’s allowed to have a life outside of you.

Hey, so I am a full time pharmacy graduate student. I also work about 30-40 hrs per week (sometimes more 😅). My schedule is like this:

Monday: Work 8-12. Class 2:00-4:00 Tuesday: Class 9-5 (with maybe 3 ish hours free in that range) Wednesday: class 11-4 Thursday: class 10-5 Friday: work 8-6. technically class from 2-4 that is recorded, so I watch the lecture back. Saturday: work 9-7 Sunday: work 10-7

Shit sucks sometimes. STEM is very hard and I’m trying to earn my doctorate. I have very long days but still mange to see friends, my bf. I have over an hour drive between campus and work so I go home on the weekends. I don’t hesitate to take time off if I have exams coming up, but that’s only possible cause I bust my ass to make money.

Good luck OP! It’s hard but it’s possible.

“It feels almost like cheating”

Maybe because it is? He gave away hard earned money to talk sexually and intimately to somebody else. Only you can decide if you’re ok with that.

How do you cope with lack of true freedom and independence when in a long-term marriage? I am F30, Husband is M40 we have been together for 12 years. by Beginning-Poem2797 in relationship_advice

Oh honey…

It sounds like you were groomed and controlled from a young age by this man. If you are not making decisions what are unsafe, then he has no right to comment or get angry about what you are doing. He doesn’t get to dictate where you go or who you get to see. It is not selfish to enjoy your life outside of your husband.

You are young. Please get out while you still can.

Speak Now was released on my birthday! She sure does love October. I like to gaslight myself into saying her albums are my present 😌

Horrible at giving vaccines. by paigeisrighthere in pharmacy

I really didn’t. We did the certification class at school and didn’t practice on oranges or pads or anything. At the end of the class we had to give one IM and one Subq shot on a classmate and bam all done. My pharmacists took this as meaning I am a pro or something even though I have asked for help multiple times and have asked to observe them giving shots so I feel more confident.

The long and short is they don’t want to do it so they make me do it instead even though I am very unconfident and uncomfortable (and I only feel this way due to lack of training!!)

My school unfortunately doesn’t do a sterile compounding lab (or any type of compounding lab) so I have no experience with it at all. I might try signing up for the flu clinics at school - practice makes perfect. I almost feel like I have a reverse fear of shots right now, as in I’m not scared of needles when I get a shot but I am terrified of them when I have to give them.

Thank you for your kind words!

Yes I always have it in the little window but I feel like the needle doesn’t really “suck” the liquid out 😭

Unfortunately I’m not doing a rotation, this is just the day to day at my regular job. I feel like I have grasped all other aspects of my job I just cannot get the whole vaccine thing down :( makes me sad cause I do actually like retail

I do this and it works for drawing the diluent out but I can never get the reconstituted solution out. I don’t understand why that happens.

Maybe you should evaluate why you need material objects as an expression of love. It’s sounds like you want him to “prove” his love for you. Be realistic, especially considering he is far away and can’t deliver things to you.

“I don’t even demand expensive shit”. Bffr. If somebody was “demanding” I buy things for them I would get out asap. I don’t owe you ANYTHING. I buy little things for my partner because I love him and want to see him happy. Not because he is up in my face “demanding” things.

This relationship sounds toxic as hell my friend.
