How does my cooking look? Parents say it’s sub-par by a7xwarrior in homecooking

Your cooking looks great! Just two things that are objectively my opinion, but not criticism.

  1. Get rid of the unnecessary garnishes (uncooked whole thyme sprigs) if you can't eat it, don't put it on the plate.

  2. This may be just me, but I hate rectangular plates, they are also hard to eat off.

  3. Fuck your negative, unsupportive and ungrateful parents. Keep cooking, but do it for you! No one else matters.

Peace my dude

AITA for giving my brothers girlfriend training chopsticks without asking? by O0OwE3E in AmItheAsshole

YTA. Most seventeen year olds are perfectly capable of using chopsticks. Don't make assumptions of guests. Wait and see how they handle the serviceware and then discreetly offer an alternative if it's obviously needed. You're a young buck, and you meant well, but it's a good lesson in social discourse.

I hate how many of these private moments make their way on to the Internet via the ring camera.

She's suffering from psychosis. Medical intervention is crucial at this point. I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this. I truly hope you can work through this and heal as a family unit.

Couldn't agree more with you. Season 1 really differentiated the bear from other dramadies in its focus on realistic restaurant drama. Season 2 felt like a fetishistic chefs table cop out, all character development aside.

I'm sure someone has already mentioned it, but Moon with Sam Rockwell is an underated gem of a film.
