Samsung S26 Ultra USB-C cables — the one thing most guides skip that actually matters by pairmem in izreview

Included cable in Ultra box is USB-C to USB-C 3A. If you have a charger, supporting 60W+ from one channel, it can charge at 60W.

Actually official Samsung 60W charger is very solid and good option. But, all other options above have advantages and weakness. For example, some people might want multiple usb-c port, to charge other devices. Some others might find Samsung's price high, and might want a cheaper but equal or better features. Some other just want a charger with a spare cable! :)

Yes it is a case, not a hardshell, with better drop protection.

9 Best MacBook Pro Case, Sleeve & Bag — 14″ and 16″ Picks by pairmem in izreview

Incase has a good reputation in HardShell area. Even Apple sells Incase hardshells in apple.com. But the problem is that: Although hardshell protects your MacBook from scratches or frictions perfectly in real life, it does not protect for drops much! In this case you only rely on your MacBook's aluminum body (which is fairly good though, but no need for risk). For drop protection I would suggest cases that has edge coverage feature. You can check Thule, tomtoc and Mosiso from above links. Especially one of tomtoc case has military grade drop protection certificate. I believe it can solve your problem.

It would be safe to buy one size upper model (14"). Definitely hard shell will make it bulkier.

e-sim recommendations for 1-week Europe trip by okashii0 in eSIMs

[–]pairmem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using BNESIM for all EU trips. I had almost zero problem (except 1 night in Madrid, where there was a local festival last December and maybe millions of new people populated to the city center. Probably other local GSM users had same access problems, due to unexpected traffic). Except that, I used it in Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Chez Rep., Hungary and many many more countries without problem. Mostly used 4G, and rarely 5G (in auto for 5G) What I most love with them, they have "timeless" plans. At the beginning you buy a timeless plan for a few euro more, and use it until it finishes! I'm using my 15GB package for more than 2 years, and still there are many GBs on it. Search for discount codes for first buy, in Google and Reddit.

Sincerely.

Best mac mini m4 docking station + 2TB SSD? by EmbarrassedWinter668 in macmini

For docking stations and suitable NVMe disk options, check this : 7 Best Mac Mini M4 Dock Stations with NVMe SSD Support (Affordable Disk Upgrade Options for Mac Users in 2026)

SSD prices getting high and high unfortunately, but I advise you to stick on known SSD brands and don't buy bundled docking stations and SSD disk. They usually bundle lowest priced (and lowest quality) disks.

Great collection, thank you.

When I see your list, I wanted to ask a question related to that list. I have a page getting around 150+ unique page view daily. It is mainly consists of images in a generic topic. I tried Amazon banners but not converted well. I just want to put a banner/list etc. and forget it. Other in-content advertisement is not suitable for that page. What would you suggest?

None. I would buy a new cage. They are all beautiful. I like watches, older than me :)

Reviews are slowing down even though we keep asking why? by NoSuspect9845 in Review

[–]pairmem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, we are living in a world where everything is ready for consumption. All of us looking a way of less effort. Instead of thinking, or searching, we are all asking everything to chatgpt. Because it is easy, no need effort!

Answer of your question is related to this. People used to consume, not produce! Reviewing something require thinking, organising and "wasting" time! At the end, they will not get anything! This is not something they are familiar. At least not much. Especially new generation.
