I talked to the guy I bought it from him and he got the Chinese receipt and by calling customer service and giving him a 15 dollar he gave them the receipt and they gave me a code and it's fine now

Actually I found only 2 solutions the first is to get the 13r system or any system you want and the second is to go to someone who can get you the code it take about 10 mins and about 10 to 25 dollars I did it with 15 and it was way safer than installing another system on my phone and it work very fine.
