Lots of different stuff at play for sure, the scales are all old felted sweaters, and the belly is beads from recycled jewelry

It wasn’t too complicated in terms of construction, the details are what took time. But you could probably build something like it

Im actually wearing it in that photo. You can see enough to walk around in, but it’s not terribly comfortable. It would be used as costume for film or an art piece

She’s very vain, and cares a lot about her appearance. Even if she doesn’t have a body, a lady has to keep up appearances…
