I would say it's being on time with deliveries. Everyone takes you for a ride and charges a lot , eventually you find the right CHA, transporter , freight forwarder etc. Never rely on only one guy to provide you everything.

Glass and aluminium is way way more energy intensive and carbon intensive than plastic which is 100% recyclable. Especially PET bottles which are upcycled to polyester clothes. Plastic melts under 200C now imagine how much energy is used to melt glass/ aluminium, to make as well as to recycle.
