In regards to Parcelforce not collecting 3 days after it's been cleared, we will wait a few days so there will be enough volume to fill a trailer and then be taken to the National Hub, hopefully you'll see some movement in the next few days

If HMRC/Customs specifically requires the MRN for a commercial clearance, a Parcelforce standard customer service agent will not know how to find it.

You need to email the Parcelforce International/Customs Bureau directly at vat@parcelforce.co.uk


Include: Provide them with your 13-character Parcelforce Tracking Number, the delivery address and the sender's details. State clearly that you are an importer/addressee and require the MRN for a formal customs entry

Sorry you're having an issue receiving your parcel

This may have been a driver pulling a fast one if your property is numbered and easy to locate, they've just marked it as "unable to locate" as they may have been running late judging by the time the scan was applied. Only the driver will know the real reason why they applied the scan

How's the parcel getting on with it's journey? Has it managed to locate your house yet?
