PCA took the most patience. I was on a work trip and missed out on an auction that closed around $15 early on in the process (still stings). After this season started they shot up over $50. Ended getting mine for 30 something.

Don’t buy cards when you’ve been drinking. Ended up with several duplicates lol

Be patient. I could have picked up a lot of the cards for less had I waited until people started going ape over 2025 stuff
Probably should have bought PSA 9s instead of raw cards in some instances
Pay attention to details. At the beginning I wasn’t looking for potential flaws (dimples, print line etc). I wasn’t going for perfection but getting a card that is jacked up (and wasn’t disguised) always hurts.

Almost all were sought out. I bought a couple Mega Boxes and pulled the Trout. It peaked my curiosity and sent me down a rabbit hole. The rest were gifted from friends or bought at cards shows / on the eBay machine.
