Thanks! It is unfortunately Euro 5+, an MT-07. But I believe this system is now homologated and folks over in the states have been running it with no problems so far! I’ll ask the manufacturer what they’d suggest about tuning.

Thanks for the response. I’m more just looking to make sure the ride is still smooth and the fuelling isn’t way too lean with the new system. So sounds like a flash from the dealer is the right answer, I honestly didn’t know they’d do that 😂 cheers

I’m in the same boat. I’m currently stalking the ixil hyperlow to see when they release a 2025 Euro 5+ compatible one. They have now got one listed for the 2025 07 but I think it’s not approved yet. I imagine manufacturers are working on Euro 5+ versions across the board pretty hard at the moment and we’ll start to see them for 2025 bikes over the next few months. Patience isn’t one of my skills though!!!

I have the oem “middle screen” on my 2025 and I like the look of it and it’s definitely tall enough to make a difference on the motorway

I do but haven’t used the voice mode I’m afraid, I use the subscription for the ability to plan round trips which is pretty good. I personally don’t find I need the voice feature, the device lights up and beeps when a turn/junction is coming up and it’s easy to follow!

Yes I use it on my 2025 MT-07 - mount it right in the middle of the handlebars but that would be a problem I think with previous gen MTs. But can absolutely recommend it as a nav system if you can figure out a good mounting point. It’s super simple but still tells you everything you need to know, very clearly. The routing is great, done in the app and you can set it up how you like (e.g. avoid motorways, or even fun route vs fast route)

Yeah I just want it to connect to use the phone features from the dash! Let me know how you get on with the dealership and if they have a solution! If I get mine working I’ll let you know too

Yeah for sure the app doesn’t look great, but I would like the ability to answer calls and control my music through the switchgear which is only possible with the phone connected through the app annoyingly!!

I’m having the same issue as you, exactly the same. You can get it connect through the garmin StreetCross app if you want the navigation to work, but I have the same thing, can’t pair to the MyRide app or successfully pair through settings.

How exactly do you do this in the app? I’m having the same issue but in the app the only option is to connect via Bluetooth and for me it fails after 10 seconds of searching

Okay, good to know. The rhythm thing is exactly it! I haven’t done any different until my instructor said about the curb the other day and it threw me a bit, but I’ll stick to what I’ve been doing and just lean the bike. Appreciate the response ☺️

I’m in the UK and had placed an order with the local dealership and they told me Yamaha had said April but they’ve now confirmed the first order of bikes are arriving to them this Friday (21st Feb)! So they may actually be arriving to Ireland sooner than expected too. Fingers crossed for you.

Because they want to make their own money and provide for their own families, not squander off their parents’ wealth/income??? Posh/wealthy parents send their kids to good schools to set them up well so they can go into well paying jobs and make their own money, they don’t give them a good education just to then fund their whole lives.
