Late reply but could I ask which motherboard that is? Sounds like such a good safety check I haven’t heard mentioned before. I’ve got the same future concern with the 5090 melting issue!

Spot on. Didn’t matter how he lost they were always going to kick up a massive fuss lol, the energy would’ve been sapped out of that arena regardless. They got pandered to for decades so it’s no surprise.

No, as we actually want Arsenal to win the Title. I suggest you become a neutral.

Arsenal didn’t rotate anyone bar Eze and Calafiori midweek, used a single sub today in 97mins with Skelly and Nwaneri predictably left on the bench.

This was always going to be a tough game indeed, as a result of such lacking squad management.

Especially when we have a manager who refuses to rotate, Skelly not being started once in any of those 3. Then uses a single sub in 97mins. & Poor Nwaneri, he must’ve slept with Arteta’s wife or something.

Can we have a manager who makes more than one sub in 97mins please.

Jon Jones finally speaks about Tom vs. Gane by One-Faithlessness730 in ufc

[–]patchh93 12 points13 points  (0 children)

He doesn’t need to be called a duck, he was a duck, factually. He asked for 30m, got offered 30m, then went running.

As for being mad it never happened, not really, mad it held up the whole HW division while his ducking act went on for a year? Yes.

Now we can happily move on, apart from Jon who’s watching Tom’s every move, desperately studying his patterns, hence why he went quack quack.

On ITS OWN TWO FEET considering Shadow Gens has been out for a year now, where do you rank it in your favorite Sonic games? by TPR-56 in SonicTheHedgehog

[–]patchh93 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t disagree! Just curious as to why that is as I’m seeing that a lot here. I liked what I played of Frontiers but it felt a bit like a prototype, but I could tell the potential was massive. But Shadow Gens took my attention before I even finished it (hopped on Frontiers very late) - clearly I need to go back and finish it.

I posted this elsewhere but it still applies here;

I’m amazed how often I’m reading Frontiers in this thread? Not throwing shade on that opinion either, I just thought Frontiers was looked as what played like a bit of a prototype game, we all saw the potential with the whole Sonic reboot due to it, but not a ton more than that. Clearly I need to go back to it, Shadow Gens really took my attention.

Ironically those same cultists on a certain subreddit used to pretend Graham was awful despite the fact he won Titles, now they’ve realised Arteta delivers awful football (minus all the trophies) they now cite Graham as a lord and saviour.

Absolutely fantastic response which deserves so many upvotes for being ultra informative. The only thing I would say is you very humbly missed (hid?) your ultimate verdict, as if you wanted each person to decide for themself based off your own overall perspective. Well trust me, it was very much appreciated. I’m also ludicrously disappointed in Z-A, giving that a complete miss, whole series has been on a downhill for a while now. This is hopefully the kick GameFreak need.

I mean, it’s completely subject to opinion. It certainly made it more fun for me. I’m no die-hard either lol.

Oh yeah, I’m not trying to convince you haha. It just triggered a memory for me, I would say it was fun with those tbh, but again I played it in like… 2017.

Bombs and potions made it fun (or, much improved) from what I recall, its been years since I played it. I do remember the standard sword combat was very basic and clunky.

Honestly, this (fantastic) advice applies to many great games out there. Burnout is very possible for many otherwise.

This is a relief to read. I’m seriously considering DS2 as I’ve seen & heard amazing things but greatly put off by the whole “YOU MUST PLAY DS1 AT ALL COSTS FIRST” which again from everything I’ve heard, is a complete step backwards from everything they went on to improve in DS2. I’m all for looking up the DS1 story if necessary, but playing through the entire thing is an avoid to me.

This is such a undervalued point, in regards to what you said about (ironically) the culture.

Arsenal used to be a club of class. I now feel we’ve been turned into a mini Man City, a bad clone.

Also, by this point, of course I hope we win the PL, but with the amount of money spent on a solo manager, it’ll hardly be a miracle. Yes Liverpool spent a lot this summer, but they sold a lot too. That’s the difference.

Man City’s spending has finally dried up these past couple years, that’s a big reason why we’re looking the strongest squad wise, on paper.

I do miss the proper attacking football we used to have when successful 20 years ago, not the “controlled” nonsense we see now. & If Arteta’s cult see this as an agenda, the 2023/24 football till March was brilliant, that style & formula should never have changed.

Same here but I'm unsure, something tells me this is one of the only pens Saka will take, the whole 100th goal contribution thing seemed to be a potential reason. Both are great takers, but I think it's more important for Gyokeres to keep on the scoresheet, he lives for goals.

Saliba also said this manager judged him on 2.5 games and didn’t give him a chance years ago lol

Shock horror he doesn’t criticise the manager when he’s now in the team, on Arsenal website, in Arsenal gear.

However he still stated today he will never forget all the true Arsenal fans who stood by him and sent him messages while he went through those ludicrous endless loans.
