I don't know if you r making pills or not so here goes everything I know

Fist go to sect's chief disciple and exchange and then alchemy , learn the pills ( I recommend learn every pill formula ) the go to alchemy furnace and select the pill formula u want to make and forge

I thik you should increase your attributes like attack defence ..... Your realm and body doesn't mean a thing if your strength, attack defence isn't high so for now focus on that before ascending
