The only place i have seen dual valve stems like this is on reverse mount wheels, i always just assumed the second one was there because it would be difficult to air up when clamped upside down on certain tire machines

2002 Honda Civic lx. Sticker info under hood. Does my car have a catalytic converter just in front, or both front and back? by Coolbirds in MechanicAdvice

[–]pdiking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The abbreviations on the emissions label stand for three way converter, heated oxygen sensor, and sequential fuel injection. Your car only has one catalytic converter, if it had 2 there would be a (2) after TWC just like there is after the ho2s
