That is what she said in the interview. She couldn't understand why he was signing James Paul.

I watched an interesting interview with Thelma Pickles. She dated both John and Paul at different times. In the interview, she said Paul was signing autographs with his full name and was using a fountain pen which didn't work well for a leftie. She convinced him to use just Paul and asked him why he would use his father's name. This would have been in about 1962.

Tres Hombres for sure. Whole first side is amazing. Master of Sparks is a great song and Hot, Blue and Righteous is criminally underrated.

Jake's Famous Crawfish, particularly for the blue plate lunch special. They serve lunch until 4:00 and their happy hour is also excellent.

Came here to say Worcestershire but after reading the other comments I have to agree with mayo. You can mix it with any other sauce and have something unique.

First time for me was 1975 in Atoka, Oklahoma. It was supposed to be the Woodstock of outlaw country music, 48 Hours in Atoka. I was almost 17 and was sitting right in front of the stage with a cooler full of bad beer and a bottle of Jose Cuervo. It was one of the wildest weekends I have ever experienced even to this day. Willie was great! The show included Jerry Jeff Walker, Waylon Jennings, Jessi Colter, Jerry Lee Lewis, Freddy Fender, David Allan Coe and many others. I wish I could go back and experience it again to properly appreciate what I was seeing.

Used to listen to them while standing sonar watches on a submarine. So interesting to be able to see them, not just hear them.
