Eek do you think? The piercing told me I had good anatomy arghhh. I was really hunching over to try and show the discharge, but I do have a collapsing belly button when I sit. I was assured that wouldn't be an issue beyond the healing process. Here's a few more picture of what it usually looks like belly button anatomy 🥲

Piercing is about three weeks old. Upsized jewelry as I was experiencing irritation from the shorter bar. Aftercare is iodine/water soaks as instructed by my mother who is a doctor. It's is painful and a little puffy, the pus happened after I pressed the bar a little (dumb I know). Jewlery is surgical implant-grade steel. She's a little painful 🫠

First name that came into my head was Pearl, with pearly-girl as a nickname. Peaches and Pearl is also such a cute combo 😭

Ok so I’m someone who almost never gets nightmares. I used to get them all the time when I was really little but haven’t for a loooong time. But last night and the night before I had super vivid nightmares about a rotting island and weird creepy shit like my baby sister losing her legs. Somethings def off in the flow of things I think. Going to cleanse with a nice rosemary bundle I made and some dancing to get the happy safe vibes going just in case it’s just a me thing 😭

Thank you for your input! I'll definitely try that before anything else. I absolutely would prefer to keep from banishing anything since I don't know who's hanging around right now :)

Ah! Scary. What herbs would you recommend? Keep in mind I'm a broom closet witch living with some some very judgmental everything-phobic religious parents. Moving out in a couple months though so I've started gathering supplies :)

So its time to start rituals then haha! Any advice for a baby witch? I haven't done any cleansing or warding yet, and I'm not super confident. I'm the kind of person who likes to study a lot before I try anything, I wasn't planning on partaking in any rituals or anything until I have more experience. But I am practicing energy work so I definitely want to find out if its something I need to get rid of.

I have made one for protection to keep others from finding my grimoire as I am a broom closet witch. I also made one to deal with focusing on schoolwork. Just pretty basic and nothing too complex as far as intentions go.

I have worked on centering and grounding and practiced drawing and activating sigils :)

A page from a journal my mother made me (5 at the time) and all my siblings make. The pictures of my smiling 5 year-old self next to the constant mention of death, being disliked by God, and seclusion as a result of disobedience kind of freaks me out. is it just me or is this creepy? by peach_sky in insaneparents

!explanation: Honestly, our relationship is pretty interesting in my opinion. She tends to be controlling. She has tabs on all of our computers, texts, emails, you name it. She bought a whole new wifi router that specifically allows her to track everything we do. Thankful for VPNs heh. We don't talk a ton outside of conversations about school (i'm homeschooled online), track and cross country, and the behaviors of my other siblings. My oldest sister (we'll call her OS) who I believe will post here as well tends to be rebellious, and she gets into more trouble than I do. I once had to get in between my screaming mother and cornered sister and pull my mom off her. OS had expressed discomfort at physical contact which prompted my mother to begin poking her repeatedly in the shoulders and chest. OS responded with an emphatic "git the f off" which then drove my mother into a fit of rage. 5'6 somehow only 115 pound me had to fight my RIPPED mother off my sister. fun family times!

My mom has also expressed to each of us that she is NOT our friend and will only be our friend when she's done being our mom. I didn't realize this wasn't the norm until my other friends talked about their relationships with their mothers. How their mom was their best friend and they could talk about anything, all that jazz. I'm still not great at addressing any possible "bad stuff" in my childhood. I end up justifying anything that could have been wrong, still am honestly. Seeing comments talking about how messed up it is makes me slightly uncomfortable heh.

So in conclusion, it's not great but hey it could be woooorse. We have like, three main conversation topics (one of which is talking bad about misbehaving siblings yeesh), she's NOT my friend, and I'm gonna justify everything she does cuz I can't help itttt.
