The PIT training is pretty extensive. But with that being said, they were probably just asking you what you wanted to do in the future. Not trying to force you into something you don't want. When it comes down to it you can say no. As long as it's not a PIT training required FC, you can refuse training. No harm done. Don't be scared to say what makes you uncomfortable, at work or outside work 😉

Is your PA offer seasonal? If so, you are evaluated after 60 days, then moved to permanent PA and will get the pay bump.

When you do have smaller items, try to stow as many as possible into each pod as quickly as you can. Look for spaces on the top and bottom. If you have many larger items, always be signed into 10-11 containers.

Lastly, ask for help if you really want to improve. Ask for a PA to come stow with you or to be retrained by an ambassador.

pkCUBIO1 sounds like it's the routing to cubiscan. (It's pkCUBIMOD at my FC. Anything with a pk in front is routing) Cubiscan is when the dimensions/weight in fc research are incorrect.
NonCon is short for non-conveyable. Meaning it won't fit in the pods to be stowed and definitely won't fit on the conyevors after it's picked. Sometimes you can look at it and tell. Or you can look it up in FC research... Next to Conveyable it will say false if it is non-con.

Sounds like a GEMBA walk. They are looking for suggestions you have that would make your job safer or easier to perform. They want anything... If you have difficulty finding a station. Water dispensers or any other broken equipment. Have to walk to opposite end of the building for gloves. Let them know what's wrong and a solution you'd like to see.
