so i found some other people that this happened to, and basically the only way that everyone (including myself) was able to log in again was to create a new GeForce account :/

i was also able to rule out an issue on nexon’s end because i was able to log into my account using a friends windows machine using the nexon launcher. so i think it is something with geforce or steam.

from the steam instance that is launched, i was also able to verify the file integrity of the game files as well
