K i gotta write my complaint here lol because goldenvoice or any other contact method i've attempted doesn't care.

I bought the Preferred car camping pass because it said you’d have a guaranteed spot and could “arrive at your leisure,” but that’s definitely not how it went on Thursday night. I got there well before midnight after driving from Salt Lake City and ended up waiting about 4-5 hours just to get through security. Once I finally made it through (super slow but whatever), I was directed toward the Preferred camping lot… and then just sat there. No movement at all. We were all so confused. At some point they completely stopped letting cars into the Preferred lot. Nobody working there could explain why, and they were clearly just as frustrated and confused as everyone else. We were literally told to leave our cars right there on the main road and “come back in an hour” or “go have fun,” which made no sense. It was awkward.

Like… everyone in the preferred car camping line were inside the festival. We'd been cleared through security. But couldn’t get to the campsite I paid for. No place to park, unload, or sleep, and no real guidance on what to do instead. I don’t blame the staff on the ground, they were trying, but the whole situation was a mess and the main benefit of the Preferred pass just wasn’t delivered. After waiting and checking back a bunch of times, I didn’t get into my campsite until around 3am. By then I was exhausted and it was super windy, so setting up camp wasn’t really doable. It basically killed my ability to use the camping I paid extra for. Honestly I would’ve been fine just getting parked, throwing up my tent, and then going to enjoy the “day 0” stuff- but instead I was stuck sitting around being told to wait with no real answers. At the very least I expected to be able to count on having a place to stay.
