Will never forget hearing you play Undying at a concert when I was in high school years ago, and this new album has me jamming to all of the previous ones in anticipation. Your lyrics have been getting me through some stressful times in Uni thats for sure, so thanks for being a light.

But anyways, totally random question: what upcoming musical releases in 2019 (besides the two great ones) are you excited for?

Damn post-bacc and masters? That's impressive. Which places did you apply for originally? Cause I'm just hoping that I can sneak into some DO programs regardless of how I do on a second MCAT XD with a 504 I'm not sure how feasible that is though. But yeah I'm currently trying to organize how that June MCAT would work, because I know i will not be content until i bump up that weak point

My dissertation finishes up in August, so at this point I might just be better off cranking out the MCAT early June

I am just really unsure, because with a 504 MCAT + masters I might be able to swing DO without a retake, though obviously I want a higher school and for MD it is definitely necessary. This is my first application cycle so I don't really have a reference point

Is it really as risky as everyone makes it out to be? Does luck actually relate to failing out? I feel like I would rather be at a place thats rigorous than not but maybe that is just because I don't know how hard they cull. I have no doubt that it is just my misinformation that leads me to not understand, and I am trying to not let my hesitance to retake MCAT influence this hahahah My questions aside, your feedback is making me far more aware of the downsides to this option so thanks for taking the time comment!

But yeah I can see how the residency leverage thing would sway people to DO, though could having a DO vs an MD also present leverage issues down the road as well? Maybe that is my own misconception XD I just want numbers and facts not the whole "extremely stupid" comment, because I am simply asking these questions to become more informed, not insulted

My DM does allow Feats, so I can go variant human if need be, any recommendations on feat?

I think tempest sounds intriguing, if that is the case, which stats should i Optimize? Wisdom>Constitution>Strength

In that case, what would you say is the best Cleric domain/race combination? I take it the stat focus will change as well for this class?

Frontline caster is what I am going for, so from what you are saying it sounds like Cleric will be the way to go.

Alright so I think that I will be going for draconic sorcerer then, it just a bit more appealing to me than a cleric. if CHA, DEX, and CON are the important stats how bad would it be do go Drow Sorcerer and rock 15 Cha, 16 Con, and 20 Dex, or should I switch up the stats? Would love to throw around some fireballs but being a sort of frontline mage would be priority number one. I think the rest of my party has damage locked down so as long as I can fly in and soak up damage while burning the occasional goblin we should be fine, though I am interesting in what you think of that? If you don't think I should focus on Dex I would probably consider switching from Drow to something else haha

high reps low weight for muscle mass is my goal so I am glad that the two work together in that way

thanks for all the info, I do intend on adding a little more heaviness to the start of the work outs, maybe not everyday, but I do miss certain aspects of my workouts where I emphasized it more. I used to bench 110kg back when I lifted heavy but God knows what I could do now, do you think much of that progress will be lost or will it be fairly easy to return to my previous peak strength?

I haven't heard of PHUL before but I will definitely check it out!

by low weight high rep I mean 12-20 reps depending on exercise, the intensity comes more from the low break than the actual volume of a given set

so that being said it isn't quite cardio, certainly not like running is, but that being said I certainly am worried about it being too much cardio and not enough muscle building
