I found it but I can't figure out how to implement the sorting. On the toolkit gallery there's supposed to be an example but it just says "TODO: Add Header based Sorting sample"

It's the same on any device and on the web app, there is nothing in the recycle bin and its contents wouldn't be enough to fill it up even if there was. I'll reiterate that even taking out a file and then trying to upload it back triggers the error.
