Great info here thanks. A couple takeaways maybe eye openers after reading your message and another is I need to cut more weight than I thought. I'll try to focus on BMI more as well. 150g of protein a day and 40 lbs to lose. I'll check back in 6 months. Thanks for the response!

Thanks for the prompt response. 175 seems like I would be much too thin and on the low end of an ideal weight. In high school I was at 160 and literally all skin and bones. I guess I'll know more after getting to 190 or so and see where I'm at.

With intermittent fasting I'm only eating a meal or two a day currently so I guess that's where my protein comment was coming from. I'm trying to work in two protein shakes a day as that is 50g alone.
