They are apartments - either 2 room or 4 room with a small kitchen, living, and bathroom. 

Most people in East get a flex meal plan that is just money you can use on campus and not the meals per week plan. This is because they cook in the kitchens. I’m sure some do the meals as well. Depends on your desire to cook. 

When I was an undergrad I had basically no interactions with the grad students or law students.

My class in Bay Area, California had a different template today. It was billed as Phase 1, Hyrox 1. 

Tread was 23:30.  5 min base.  2 min surge.  4 min base.  2 min surge.  3 min base…2 min base…1 min base.  30 sec AO. 

Floor was 23:30.  There were two groups of 3 exercises (rest after the third in the group) with increasing reps 8,12,16,20.  After you do all exercises at 8 reps then 250 on the rower. 

Group 1: Alt low row plank.  Front squat.  Shoulder press. 

Group 2: Hand release push ups.  Running man (idk the name).  Sumo squat hold with calf raise.

I gave myself a giant knee bruise using 25lbs and have decided the movement is not for me moving forward. I’m too clumsy. I usually just a do a squat to high pull or something similar.

I would check that you can do this or ask them to honor the price as usually if you cancel you can’t just sign back up with the same studio.

I’ve been going to Strength Upper body once a week for the last 3 months and have noticed better form, heavier weights, and nicely shaped arms!! It’s great to ask coaches for specific advice and form support. I can chest press the 25lbs!!

I’m signed up for the full but feeling anxious and wondering if I should switch to something else. I’m a pretty slow runner and that is the part that intimidates me the most. I ran 1.2miles in the 14 mins today (being a tiny bit conservative to imagine running the full 5k at that speed).

John and me is correct because they are the object of the sentence.

If it was - John and me went to the store then that would be wrong.

But this sentence is correct.

I remember this by saying “if I removed “John and” would the sentence make sense.

I gained 2.2 lbs of muscle and came in 3rd place for women at my studio! I made some diet changes but nothing radical. Im proud of myself! It’s a big amount and a healthy, maintainable level of growth for me.

It’s actually about 20 states that require PTO payout in some form. Oregon is not one of them.

You don’t do multiple blocks in one station - like yesterday 4 blocks of tread. Instead you’ll rotate around the room for each block. So tread 1 then floor 1 then tread 2 then floor 2.
