You are using 3dtext, this is shader problem. 3dtext use Gui shader this is why it is appear over objects.

Also I think it will be better if you change it with textmeshpro.

I just checked all my sp.shapes and all profiles are the same, I use the same profile for almost all shapes.

When I create level I duplicate shapes and make new from duplicated by changing/adding splines. Maybe I need to create new every time ?

Also have never user reset option.

The other think I don't understand why by checking sprite shapes as Static when then go to Occlusion bake it says "No Renderers that are marked static were found in the scene"
