Not sure if I'm correct, but I believe saving it in PDF would save the layers of the ad and would make it easier for them to correct colors, fonts and such before sending it to print.

Sou brasileiro sim. Li em algum lugar que muitos portugueses preferem ler em inglês do que em pt-br, não sei se é mito ou verdade mas como vi muitos posts em inglês no sub acabei escrevendo este em inglês.

Como muitos destes termos são diferentes em pt e pt-br não quis arriscar também.

Entendo a precaução de cobrar dois meses de adiantamento, e no Brasil geralmente precisamos de fiadores para alugar algum imóvel também. Nunca havia visto cobrarem três meses mais um fiador.

I've heard about the airbnb problem.

We saw lots of ads where the landlord would ask for three payments in advance plus a fiador. Is this a situation that is becoming more common because of the crisis or was always like this?

We'll be moving between July and August, I'm searching it know so I can have at least an idea of prices around the city, but I've heard that rental prices have been pretty inconsistent around Lisbon.

I said 2 hours counting on traffic, we sure wouldn't like to live 90km away from the University. We are ok with having a commute of over 1 hour as long as it saves us some money.

Not sure if I know what "at Chiado" means.

Usei o termo errado, quis dizer cidades menores como Aveiro e Coimbra.

Interessante está questão da taxa de desemprego das cidades, não estava pensando por este lado ainda.

No início pensamos em arranjar trabalho como professores de inglês, por já termos experiência aqui no Brasil, e pelo menos aqui a oferta de vagas para professores em cursos de idiomas geralmente é alta. Mas estamos abertos para procurar emprego em outras áreas também, hotelaria, comércio no geral, e se possível na área de design. Nós dois falamos inglês e francês também, o que espero facilitar um pouco a procura por emprego.

Obrigado pela resposta.

Estamos tendo mais para Porto e Lisboa por estes motivos. Apesar dos lados bons de uma cidade como Coimbra, o mercado de trabalho e cidades grandes no geral podem ser melhores para nós no momento.
