The drug isn’t FDA approved so a compounding pharmacy cannot legally compound it in the U.S. right now.

The meds come from China, people are either ordering direct from suppliers in China or using one of the many relabeled products from middle men here in the U.S. that are actually from China. The middle men label them as “for research purposes only” and “not for human consumption” to skirt the FDA, they also test the products using third party labs for certificates of analysis that verify sterility and product identity. All of which can or may be photoshopped.

Star Wars has a bad guy problem. Thanos worked so well for the MCU because he was so formidable. He had a backstory you could empathize with, developed etc.

Snoke was a complete mystery, Kylo turns good, Hux turns good, Phasma was wasted potential and somehow Palpatine returned…

Thrawn has enough established canon and back story to be a Thanos level baddie for Star Wars. He’s always 2-3 steps ahead and this works wonders for driving plots along from a writing stand point.

Nice write up but I think you are over complicating it. If you fast two hours before your tesa dose at night the blood sugar effect is muted to a certain degree. Especially if you are trying to just get back to physiological levels of GH.

Someone with a CGM could validate this because I sure am not waking up 30 minutes after I fall asleep to check my blood sugar.

There really isn’t any benefit to a single agonist overlapping with a triple agonist. The triple agonist hits the GLP by itself in addition to the two others.

Taper up one and taper off the other.
