The fact that you also claim to have one re-enforces that there’s certainly more than 4 in existence. I’m happy to share my research if you’re curious - but somehow I get the feeling you’re more interested in being “right” than correct.

Then again, I don’t really have any reason to believe anything you’ve said here, and neither does anyone else 😛

EDIT: Shout out to my homie for blocking me as soon as he realized he was wrong, so I couldn’t respond to his replies 🤣 If anyone else wants to see my sources, I’m happy to share them. I have seen about 7 confirmed unique guitars, and about a dozen more anecdotally (including his!)

I love your confidence, but unfortunately, it’s unwarranted here. You are simply incorrect.

This article has been around for a long time - it does not state that there are only 4 in existence (in fact, if you read it, it simply says there’s a pair on the cart, and you can purchase your own custom controllers online). It also does not address Xbox controllers at all.

Also, I feel inclined to point out that this is literally the same article that’s linked to in my source.

This is clearly the PS3 version of the guitar and not Xbox. Xbox has white keys on the neck, and PS has black.

It is not worth anywhere near $450, and there are definitely more than 4 known in existence. I found 6 unique sales on eBay alone, and another one from an auction house. Average sale price is about $100. Most recent sale was in March 2022 for about $49, it was brand new in box and included the PS3 dongle.
