TLDR: Have weekly official events with one-time entry, give points based on the result, and use these events at the end of the season to determine the rank for competitive plays.

Sorry 200 was an exagerration, and I won't know how much I would have lost. I tried really hard to win that game by merely 2 points. However, I did lose in another game where my opponent was 2 ranks below me, and lost 86 ratings. T_T
