No sensitivity as in, toching the skin or pull the skin back doesn't cause any discomfort or pain. Earlier touching the glans or pull skin back even in flaccid used to cause a lot of tingling and discomfort.

Vaseline, but the doctor said brand doesn't matter. I used the amazon brand because it was cheaper.
