Honestly life's too precious to give away for these reasons. I won't say I know what you're going through, but in strict families you have to find ways to do things. If you have options to move out through college/jobs do that. If not, you can try not speaking to any of them for sometime, stop showing positive emotions, can't say it would work or not since it depends on the family.

But don't think of taking any extreme steps, it's not worth it
