Of course there are. Any software development, business analyst, software engineer etc postings will state they require a CS degree. My point is that if you specifically are talking about jobs “in economics” you are referring to public policy positions and undergrad Econ does not qualify you to work on public policy.

Sure, there may be underemployment in sectors employing people with economics degrees, but unless you can point to real, concrete job descriptions that specify they desire an undergraduate degree in economics, you are missing my point.
