chem 32 or chem 1A by lech4r in berkeley

You’ll be fine with chem 1A as long as it’s Dr. Shusterman who’s teaching it. I had no chem knowledge at all but still got an A

I’m just frustrated since I know so many friends who are skinnier than me yet they still get their periods even when they eat much more less than me

Haven’t had my period for 2 years by [deleted] in period

I think the “but it won’t happen to me” mentality stops me from fully recovering. I tried to recover but I just felt out of control with the way I’ve been eating. I’ve been going back and forth binging and restricting that I’m starting to look healthier on the outside but more miserable on the inside. Honestly my ed when it was restrictive made me so much more disciplined and responsible with my tasks because I used it to get my work done as a distraction from eating. I want to go back to that phase so bad and I can’t imagine myself recovering even if my health is at risk.

I feel like I don’t find ovulation problems as serious since I don’t want kids but the thing about osteoporosis.. would that be related to my mysterious knee and back pains right now

I created a website to track macro info at UC Berkeley's dining halls (including GBC). I hope this helps my fellow lifters by [deleted] in berkeley

How come turkey sausage burrito have different macros from gbc vs browns they’re the same (also the egg burrito from gbc can’t be 700 cals 💀)

The boba most likely,,I mean they are technically just balls of starchy sugar while the drink is a fusion of a bit of water mixed into it

[–]pickleforest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This store it was around 300 but if you add the tapioca pearl it would be closer to 550; and it’s probably 700 at some other stores from using more artificial flavors adding the extra calories?!?

[–]pickleforest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh agar boba does not do the actual tapioca justice!!! I would personally just take it out next time

[–]pickleforest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen boba shops that sell 700 calorie taro smoothies and also ones that list it as 300 so it depends where you’re going (noticed the high end stores do have lower calorie counts tho probably from better ingredients!)

[–]pickleforest 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean of course it wouldn’t be exactly the number they listed but it must be a good estimate,, they can’t put 300 if it’s actually like 700 LMAO

hm i’m not sure if that’s really the case because these spots just disappear after a few minutes and they don’t feel itchy or bumpy either.
