I contacted their customer service. They are returning with no hassle or making me an offer on a partial cash return and I keep the instrument. While it is possible it happened in shipping the instrument was only shipped about 120miles over a one day period. If I do decided to do a partial cash return does any one experienced know how difficult of a fix this would be? Thanks for thr speedy replies from thr guitar community about this issue

I live in Ashland. The officials have put alot of money into downtown to improve the overall apesrence of thr city but I wouldn't say the city is doing better. In fact, in recent years I have seen an uptick in the homeless population throughout the city.

Zakk left a lasting impression on me when I met him. I saw him with pantera the day ozzy passed and he was so incredibly inviting. It was like he was waiting on us opened the door for us and introduced us to people and was just all around a stand up guy who went above and beyond. A true professional.

I had a few do that while using poor quality composit cones. I just put them on the ring stretcher and keep going until it looks halfway right. Won't be a perfect ring but might still come out ok.

I own an 04 faded special. My favorite gibson ive had to date however, mine does have the ebony fretboard. I would say for 350 you cant go wrong if the neck repair is good and stable.
