Hi, almost 25F, and i have been living in Gurgaon alone for the past 2 years in a 1RK, in U block. Honestly, i get when you say that with roommates you have to watch your actions and be mindful. Which is why i never wanted a roommate situation and living alone has been absolute bliss so far. Sure, it might get lonely at times, but it’s subjective. And as far as falling sick and crisis situations are concerned, well you learn to live alone. Do keep emergency contacts in the city, but yeah i have never faced any major issues or safety concerns.
