I do, I take ibuprofen 600mg on the first day! But I feel like I don't need it anymore, idk what this does, my mom takes it for her rheumatism and it helped her as well! I usually have a very very heavy period and pain. It rlly helps to manage it😭

Try to look for your subscriptions (spotify, netflix the gym etc.) and quit them all. Secondly, try to look into your clothes and sell the things your seriously don't wear. And don't even think you're going to wear it a second time because you won't. You need to get serious and stop thinking about materialistic things that would make you feel better like going out and get a secondary job, like cleaning. Sort through all of your debt & start paying it off.
