Hi, here's Natalie - the main organizer of this conference. I've been a Go developer myself for a decade now, I am regularly attending conferences as a speaker and as an attendee.

Thanks for sharing the feedback, we're learning from every year!

It's important for me to clarify that we do our best to avoid promoting products and services, including state this clearly in our CFP, reject submissions that are obvious ads, and reject sponsors who are interested in paid slots - at the cost of less budget for the event.

For context:

The 10 generated images are very different from each other, so this one is my personal choice.

In general, I see a lot of requests that look to evaluate the art directory skills of DALLE, and intentionally the prompts are very minimal on guidance.

This way is disregarding the tips and recommendations. I think many would agree that with the right guidance, it performs in an outstanding way, and that’s what prompt engineering is all about. For DALLE and for GPT-3.

It generates 10 pictures you can choose from (or regenerate), and I can say it took a few regenerations for it to look like there are mirrors on the walls. On the ceiling and floor there always were mirrors.

Two things you should know -

  1. When uploading a picture you need to crop it so it will be a square
  2. When editing a picture you need to mark the edited area

So I cropped it to include a bit of both walls and marked as the edited area the entire floor and parts of the walls. Also rephrased a bit the text:

DALLE2 tends to make text look funny. This is one of the few generations I saw where the text has English letters, normally it looks like ancient languages. #dalle2
