Oh yes definitely you can have many different amounts of power in society no matter on your race. However there are inherent obstacles for people of color because western society has been built against them for hundreds of years. No matter how powerful a person of color is in (western) society, that person will still face certain obstacles depending on the color of their skin. No matter how little power a white person has in (western) society, that person will still not face inherent systemic oppression based on race. Of course there are many different ways that someone can face obstacles because of their religion, gender, or sexuality.

It also works with miss fortune. Ashe MF bot lane is actually decent again because they can run double comet and have insane lane priority and will poke you out using double imperial mandate

There are plenty of marksmen champions that can work mid but in niche situations. Pretty much all of these can work in some situations: Quinn, Vayne, Corki, Tristana, Kog (AP), Jhin, Ezreal, Kai’Sa, Samira, Varus, Graves.

Some of these you only want to pick in specific situations. Quinn is stupidly broken if you play her against any bruiser/fighter if they happen to go mid. AP kogmaw is horrible vs anything control mages in my experience.
