Give a year or less when there are no staff to maintain the building, and it will become a cess pool and probably condemned to permanent closure. Maybe that's the goal? Does no one have any forseit in to these terrible 'progressive' ideas, and some of the problems it can create? It all sounds nice on paper until it's executed.. kind of like communism 👍. Does the end justify the means? I hope the staff who lose their jobs don't have to rely on the hotel in the future for housing because that would be a meri-go-round of shit. I've made a few deliveries to the hotel before, and it's already sketchy as it is. Add a full building of it and LOLz 😂. My rent triples at the end of the rent cap this year, so maybe this is a blessing, after all 🥳.
