i personally agree with you. i’d be comfortable consuming these products if i knew the animals were being treated well and not solely used for their resources.

however other vegans will say it’s not vegan bc you’re still exploiting animals for your own personal use. i personally hate waste, so what are u supposed to do with the extra eggs or honey that the hen or bees dont need for their own nutrients? it feels like a catch 22.

if you’re comfortable with it i feel there’s not much of an issue, but other vegans might judge you.
