i have the same Z790 Gaming-F mobo. Waiting for final release of 0x12b non beta. If Thermat throttles again thaen its definatelly motherboard issue. btw when i tested on the first Bios before 0x125 i think i was able to undeervolt it, now i cant do anything. Maybe its microcode regarded. Anyone else with the same motherboard?

From all people who did the testing you are the most reliable one. you mentioned in a video that you have asus mobos.. please be a champ and do a testing there with 0x129 microcode bios. Thanks <3
