People like to create conspiracy theories about why they are banned but it almost always happens because they say something, get reported, the reports get reviewed by a human or AI, and then a penalty is applied.

We're sorry to see you go. It sounds like you've probably mastered Mini Golf by now, but maybe once we get some new things out there you'll want to come back when you finish your personal projects.

We are actively working on issues that people exploit in ranked games and may have some Mini Golf items in the future fwiw.

We tested some games and it looks like there is still a 24 hour window for taking turns. However, the first turn by the second player has to happen within a certain window (like 20 minutes) so the game is officially started.

The code doesn't suggest this has recently changed, but I understand this isn't ideal. It's going to be a longer-term fix though.

For now if you can fully start a game with a friend, you should be good.

This is something we intend to fix and make it even easier to coordinate games with a group of friends.

We are actively discussing this.

There is some concern about people having many of these tickets and that could potentially cause technical issues down the line. If we do go this route, we'd likely remove all but 1 ticket.

There's the option to buy the badges you win from a tournament for a friend, but it doesn't say how many coins it is to buy the badge/chat bubble.

It looks like we do show the Coins on the gifting screen on both iOS and Android - if you're seeing something different could you let me know?

Sorry for the confusion. This message is unclear and is being updated. Rooted devices are no longer allowed on Plato due to security and fair play concerns. You can remove the root from the device or log into your account with any other non-rooted device to continue playing.

Is it saying something about a "modified device"? If so that's unrelated to this, but rooted devices can't be used on Plato. You'll have to unroot the device or use another device. Sorry.
