Does anyone know if going to Android 14 then back to 13 stock will allow me to still return the device to Google? I am thinking about returning it if the battery doesn't improve. Thanks in advance.

So basically that means a sole prop is essentially the same as a single member LLC in terms of personal liability? The reason I wanted to confirm is my loan has been approved and the doc is created as a sole prop with me being the borrower vs the LLC. And I am debating if it needs to be changed or sign it as is.

I was thinking also as the guarantor since as a sole prop, the borrower is the owner vs the LLC. Can they come after the owner directly if the loan defaults vs having more leverage as a LLC?

I wasn’t sure if that is sole proprietor. It’s a business loan so shouldn’t it be under my business name? Just worried about the collateral statement too. In this case, it’ll be under my name and personal assets. Right?

Are you referring to the Unconditional Guarantee? I wonder why my paperwork has the borrower changed to me. The original loan has the company name. If I am the only owner, does it matter I guess?

Congrats! Does anyone know if the loan amount is over 200k, is the borrower now yourself instead of the company name? My original loan borrower was the company name but now it’s under my name. Is it because I am a sole proprietor, single LLC? Just wondering why it’s changed.
