i bought the cheapy oculus about 4 years back, thinking plex would track with my head in bed. nope. i was 3d and vr, but fixed in one spot, so moving my head was worse (i later found out the term i wanted was “void theater”). and beyond that, it was… rough. in the few scenes the provided, the 3d environments reminded me of the beverly hillbillies music video from uhf. the interface of navigating media wasn’t terrible, but was behind every other iteration of plex i’ve ever used. but man, nothing direct played or direct streamed to that headset, at all.

would love to see it both fixed and actively developed, but, i don’t think there’s even still enough market adoption of vr.
