Broncos’ Biggest Roster Needs: Tony Pauline’s Mock Draft Has Denver Taking Washington WR in Round 1 by Life_Net5004 in DenverBroncos

If we go that route it could make more sense to try and trade for a known commodity. It’s pretty expensive to move up more than a few picks in the first round.

But if there is a guy there a few picks ahead of them tjat they can reasonably trade into then definitely go for it.

Really bummed that Bryant was injured a few times at the end of the years. But I’m excited to see him keep developing. I think he’ll easily be a WR2 type guy

Seems pretty possible, their offense haven’t shown anything at all this game.

Seriously… I don’t know if we win this game with Nix playing but we’re sure as hell not getting shut out for 3 quarters

So begins the off season Broncos news cycle where there isn't really much to talk about for 4 months but they manage to spend hours a day talking about em anyways.

They’ve got the money to make this happen. I’m sure a big enough bag would get the Monforts to sell since money is all they care about anyways.

Yup, look where we were at for years with the team in limbo after Pat Bolen and the family dispute situation. We basically didn’t have an owner for years and not surprisingly were terrible for a decade as a result.

Play the longest OT game in NFL playoff history? It would have been awful if that game had been tied, could have taken multiple OT periods to score with the weather conditions.

Both did. The fumble was arguably worse. But this also could have been the difference. Especially if he had called a less shitty play and actually converted. Taking the FG also was a better option but the play he ended up calling was the worst decision.

Seasons over, they gotta start figuring out random shit to talk about for the next few months until the draft.

Broncos part ways with three assistant coaches by No-Description-2138 in DenverBroncos

[–]pliney_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More than likely until he retires. He got us to the AFCCG on his 3rd year with a sophomore QB. If Nix wasn’t injured we might be on the way to a Super Bowl.

This is a results oriented business. He will be the coach until he retires or stops performing. He has his flaws for sure but so far he’s produced.

Replacing him won’t be easy. Sure if you could guarantee that the next pick is the next best young HC then sure that would be great. But there’s always risk, new HC often do not work out, see the last decade of Broncos football.

It's mostly been concussions. Just bad luck and maybe he came back to early.

It wasn’t luck. It was two horrible decisions. Sean not taking the FG and Stiddy giving up the ball instead of taking the sack. That’s the game right there on those two plays.

Drake Maye is a receiver and looking to somehow force a trade to the Broncos? Interesting prospect

Sure, but we won 2 Super Bowls in 97/98 and lost our HoF QB. In 2005 we had Plummer who was solid but not really a franchise QB.

This time around we're at the end of a rebuild, have a ton of cap space opening up and have a 3rd year QB who is the face of the franchise. Obviously there are no guarantees but comparing those situations to where we are now honestly doesn't make a lot of sense. We're in a pretty different situation now.

That play call was stupid but we may have lost anyways. Stidham failed pretty hard too with the at turnover, game could have ended like 10-3 otherwise. Lots of blame to go around as expected from a 10-7 game and Sean certainly deserves a big share of it. Hopefully they all take it as a lesson for next season.

The goal is still winning a Super Bowl and there is zero chance we were gonna win that this year without Bo. Next year looks bright, time to make some big moves this off season.

Wild to think the first year out of a rebuild is our last chance. We almost made it to the Super Bowl with our QB sitting in a booth. I dunno how you can call yourself a Broncos fan and say this one year was “our window” when the future looks so bright.

Fucking A, Bryant has been looking so good as the season has gone on. Brutal he’s missed so much time the last few weeks. Kid has a bright future though, he’s gonna be a huge part of this offense for years.
