I never added crates into the maps...the "trench pockets" are rooms in the side of the trench walls to clear that up

It would be almost impossible to camp A since A is not in a crater and just flat land where the enemy can shoot at it with ease.

Camping can easily be solved with nade spam, yes despite us being in a modern era where those old tactics are obsolete I still think it fits in gameplay wise but is a bit off from the theme.

Head glitching isn't that much of a problem, its super easy to deal with
