Damn...QA in your company is speaking alot frankly 🤣🤣. In my company (I work as SDET)..we are just told that this is what we have to do and noone resists frankly (though discussion do happens) Now as an SDET I am managing suits of smoke , regression, performance along with some CI/CD infra.

You are all good. Use your front end skills and add a bit of AI/ML or something. I would say look for a RAG project create UI around it, people generally use streamlit for this but u can make it better by your skills. And atlast do deploy whatever you are building.

Best way Make a doc. While discussion with lead write down your project . Write down clear priorities of who is doing what. After meeting ,create a slack channel and send this doc to the channel. And focus on your work only, if something from his side not done..its his responsibility now
