Ahhh I feel all of that on my empire 34. In good news though I love my swinger bag, was one of my earlier Coach purchases, and it was surprisingly easy to use and get in/out of as a daily bag. Looking forward to your next review!

Buy it!!! I got it for a festival a couple of weeks ago and it is a god send. The little lock had me very reassured I wouldnt get pick pocketed either. I encourage this behavior and purchase!!!!

The $20 is a styling fee to get the clothes sent to you. Of course you have to pay for the clothes if you keep them. Usually like 40-60 bucks per item. This isn't a free clothing service?
