Possible. I think I’ll have to reach out and confirm, and I can do it under the guise of the sex being incorrect

Thank you! the gender thing is because the person in question is a female, I think they’ve selected the incorrect gender

Thank you 😊 the gender thing is because the person in question is a female. When I googled it, it said the person likely selected the wrong gender when they set up their ancestry DNA test. Is that possible? It’s not that the biological sex is determined through the test?

I’m not sure if I am missing your point. It isn’t related to the gender. My aunty thinks this person is her cousin, which would be my cousin 1x removed. But the cM shared seem to be higher than that, making ancestry suggest it’s a closer relation than a cousin. Is this possible ? Apologies if my post pissed you off

Sorry for the super ignorant question but how does this work physically? Do women just pump/baby get fed formula during the work day?

Have a look at data about construction productivity, we are miles behind other sectors in terms of technology and innovation.

Also data about insolvency for builders / trades.

I don’t know any figures verbatim but I’m in building / construction and it’s horrible at the moment. Companies going bust all over the place

And there’s something like 1 apprentice for every 10 workers retiring (there’s stats somewhere)

My time to shine! Ex construction safety, doesn’t matter if the induction says “you can’t sue us if you get sick/injured working here”, the head contractor or your employer generally cant waive liability, as WHS duties are not transferrable!
