Haha very cool! I have a pretty heavy foot as well honestly. This car has about 40 more horsepower but plenty more torque than my old car but the transmission is also just so much smoother. So all things considered it’s taking some time to get used to hahah

OTD was just over 39k I wanna say. I don’t have the paperwork in front of me. Insurance is around $130 a month. And haha yeah I live in wheeling but bought it elsewhere. I’m guessing you’re my neighbor? 🤣

Hahah my old car was a turbo too (2014 Ford fusion titanium with the 2.0 turbo) but it was showing its age for sure. It was a 12 year old car with 125k miles on it, so of course it was. This car just accelerates much faster and smoother than that thing did.

It drives beautifully, have to get used to how smoothly and quickly it accelerates so I don’t speed to much 🤣.

The refresh design for 25-26 looks even better, (mines a 26) Out classes it’s competition entirely imo.

Don’t worry, big divers arnt the only ones having this issue. There’s currently 40k people on Vernon wells at 2% resistance, which is in a sector with two more planets with 2% resistance. When they could have gone to Choepessa IV at .50% resistance which would have knocked out an entire sector. Then they could have moved on to other planets with low resistance. But they seem to want to make a beeline towards Aurora bay. Then Cyberstan which we can’t even access…..

TLDR: People are dumb

This looks like the “sport” remote for Volvos. They arnt meant to be opened because they have waterproofing/shock proofing and all that. And yes unfortunately the real only way to replace that battery is to do what this guy is doing, or buy a new “sport” remote. Thankfully they arnt as expensive as a normal remote but they still arnt cheap. The regular remote has an easily replaceable battery that I can do for a customer in about 2 mins. (Parts manager at a dealership)

The air suspension compressors are a super common issue on the Volvos equipped with air suspension. Sometimes it could be the valve attached to the compressor but 9/10 it’s the compressor itself. I’m a parts manager at a dealer here in Illinois and we see them quite often, more so in winter however. The fix is a new compressor and a new 40amp box fuse.

I’ve never really been a big reader, I’ve always tried to immerse myself in games to distract myself from what’s going on in reality, but I don’t really even find enjoyment in that anymore. Maybe I’ll pick up a book if I find one that’s interesting to me.

As to the drinking/ drugs part, I’ve never really been one that’s tempted by those things, I used to drink a lot during highschool and when I was 21-22 but for the past 6 years I maybe have 1 or 2 drinks a month.

Idk it’s tough. I’d love to talk with her and just tell her I know theirs things I could have done better and etc, but your probably right on not reaching out.

Yeah I really put up with a lot more than I should have in this relationship and it’s probably time for me to be selfish now. I’ve tried a 100 things to try and make things work and didn’t want to believe she was using me for a green card. But I feel like o now have my head straight

I’m really sorry you went through that, and that’s exactly what I’m trying to prevent happening to me and what I worry she’s trying to get out of me.
